There is no standing datasheet, because there is no standing product. These five things decide what gets made.

- Set per order against what the part has to do — cushioning, structure or impact.
- Thickness
- Set per order. Tell us the finished dimension and the tolerance you work to.
- Colour
- Matched per order. Not every combination of density, thickness and colour is available — we confirm what is.

- Volume and the date you need it by, so we can answer on capacity honestly.
